Reservation

Please kindly note that your travel dates may be released if you did not
fill out the reservation form and provide valid passport details to us within
30 days of your purchase or enquiry (15 days if you travel within 60-90 days; 7
days if you travel within 60 days). Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed
with your booking until this information is provided. Any changes to your
reservation including extensions, visa preferences and date changes must be
requested before payment is made; otherwise a service fee may apply. If the
name on your reservation form does not match that on your passport, please
inform us immediately and prior to payment. Failure to do so will incur a name
change penalty or flight boarding may be denied by airline. If this occurs, a
refund will not be granted.

Payment

Payment is required by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal within 7
days of receiving your invoice. If your preferred departure date is within 60
days, payment is required within 3 working days of receiving your invoice. If
payment is not received within the time frame outlined, your air ticket will
not be purchased and your seat on the tour may be forfeited. If payment is not received
on time and your tour seat is no longer available, we will offer you an
alternative departure date. We cannot confirm your tour until after full
payment is received and your air ticket has been purchased.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your tour a cancellation notice via letter, email
or fax must be received by SNA Tours. If you purchase the tour via a merchant,
the cancellation will be subject to its terms and conditions. Cancellations
made after the invoice has been issued and paid will result in a service fee of
$350/person and additional penalties may apply. We are unable to refund any
amount if a cancellation is made after the air ticket has been purchased.

Traveller substitutions are considered cancellations and a refund will
not be granted if the air ticket has been secured. Cancellation penalties
charged by airlines or transport companies will be applied if flight or
train/transport tickets have been issued, in addition to the cancellation fees
charged by SNA Tours.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for
unused services due to your early departure, late arrival or missed days on
tour. For direct booking with SNA tours, deposit is fully refundable within 15
days of your reservation start date. However, Money Back Guarantee within 15
days of your reservation start date will not apply if your travel date is
within 90 days from the reservation start date. Exclusions apply to some
promotional tours.

Refunds

Refunds will be calculated from the day the request for cancellation is
received and will not be granted if air ticket has been issued. We will refund
any payment made to SNA Tours directly, less any cancellation fees, transport
penalties, visa application and travel insurance fees that are applicable
within 28 days of our receipt of your written cancelation request. A full
refund will be granted if we are unable to accommodate for your preferred
departure dates or if we are required to cancel the tour for any reason.

Travellers’ Responsibilities

It is the participant’s
responsibility to reconfirm flight times and itinerary with the airline 12 – 24
hours prior to departure. SNA Tours is not responsible to provide compensation
for scheduled flights changes, delays or missed tours. SNA Tours reserves the
right to modify the itinerary of your tour in the event of air schedule and
surface transportation changes, and such changes are necessary. In this event,
any increase and reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and
charged/refunded accordingly. If you request changes to your tour, you will be
required to pay any additional cost in advance.

It is travellers’ responsibilities
to obtain a visa to destination countries if a visa is required for the passport
holder. A comprehensive insurance coverage is recommended for every traveller.

Itineraries

SNA Tours reserves the right
to modify the itinerary of your tour in the event of air schedule and surface
transportation changes, and such changes are necessary. SNA Tours reserves the
right to substitute accommodation of similar standard when necessary. If you
request changes to your tour, you will be required to pay any additional cost
in advance.  

Health & Fitness

Travellers should have a
basic level of physical fitness and mobility and must be able to negotiate
uneven surfaces, climb stairs and board boats. Travellers are advised to check
with their local health professional at least 45 days prior to departure, as
some vaccinations require 30 days or more to be effective. Proof of vaccination
is usually not required unless you are coming from an infected area.

SNA Tours requires a
written notification prior to booking if you have any physical, emotional or
mental conditions that may require professional attention during the course of
your tour. If you require any special equipment such as a wheelchair you are
responsible for providing this. Certain elements of our itineraries may not be
wheelchair accessible and we cannot guarantee access or wheelchair assistance
at our destinations. We reserve the right to decline a potential participant
if, in our opinion, they have the potential to affect the health, safety and
enjoyment of other participants. 

Please familiarise
yourself with potential travel, health and safety risks in the regions you wish
to visit, prior to booking your tour. SNA Tours is not responsible for checking
safety and security conditions, vaccinations or additional health requirements
in the regions you will visit or transit.

We are unable to
accommodate for women past their sixth month of pregnancy. 

Disclaimer

The responsibility of SNA
Tours and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. SNA Tours acts as a
coordinator for all persons taking a tour in the making of all arrangements for
transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. SNA Tours does not own,
manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant
or any other supplier of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued
subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and all services
are subject to the laws of the country where the services are provided. By
utilising the services of our chosen suppliers, you agree to look to these
suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you. SNA
Tours and SNA Tours representatives are not liable if these events occur.

SNA Tours acts only as
an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or
other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for the
loss, theft or damage to baggage or property or for any injury, illness or
death or for any damages or claims whatsoever caused arising directly or
indirectly from accidents, loss, theft or damage to person or property, delays,
transport failure, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God etc. over which SNA
Tours has no control. We strongly encourage all customers to undertake a high
level of personal responsibility in order to ensure that possessions, equipment
and personal documents are closely monitored and protected at all times. SNA
Tours is not responsible for your failure to comply with custom regulations.

SNA Tours reserves the
right to make changes to the itinerary if deemed necessary and will substitute
hotels, flights and transportation with those of similar quality, or will
cancel the tour prior to departure. If a cancelation is made by SNA Tours, the
company is liable to fully refund the money received from participants.

SNA Tours reserves the
right to make amendments to incorrect promotional or website pricing or to
increase pricing in the event of industry cost increases including but limited
to airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes or
fuel surcharges.

Please note that some
attractions and sites are not open for entry every day of the year. In the
event of closure, SNA Tours will substitute or vary the sequence of sightseeing
or order of cities visited to accommodate for this. SNA Tours will endeavour to
stick to the itinerary. However, there are no refunds for any unused or
unavailable excursions.
